Some of the methods that I use are professional photos, videos, websites of your property, creating a floorplan for your home to enhance the listing, and often we also get drone footage of the community and your location.
Open Houses are also a good avenue to find a buyer. If your home is occupied, this is something that you would agree upon. We can also hold a private Open House for brokers only so they can preview your home prior to listing on the MLS.
Furthermore, I leverage the power of social media, YouTube, MLS listings, and my extensive network of buyers and real estate partners nationwide to attract maximum interest in your home.
